关于2020高黎贡超级山径赛By UTMB®新的比赛日期公告

经与各方反复及慎重研究后，现将2020高黎贡超级山径赛By UTMB®延期举办具体时间和相关工作等主要事宜，通知如下：

一、新的比赛日：

新的比赛日为2020年12月18-20日。有关赛事的具体安排，以后期高黎贡官方微信公众号、官方微博、官方网站发文为准，同时也将通过短信、邮件等方式发送通知。

二、保留名额：

已缴费报名并同意保留名额至新比赛日的选手，无需再次报名，无需邮件申请，组委会将为您自动保留名额至12月新的比赛日。

三、退赛申请：

1）已缴费报名的国内选手，如在新的比赛日不能参赛，需要在3月31日24点前点击微信公众号子菜单【退赛申请】提交申请信息，后台审核信息无误后，将报名费全款退回至指定路径；

2）通过Livetrail报名的国际选手，如在新的比赛日不能参赛，需要在3月31日24点前通过英文官网【Race Cancelation Form】通道提交申请信息，后台审核信息无误后，将报名费全款退回至指定路径；

3）在3月31日24点前未提交退赛申请的选手，视为自动保留名额至12月新的比赛日；

4）选择退赛的选手报名费将于2020年4月1日-30日期间统一退还；

四、补报名：

2020高黎贡超级山径赛By UTMB®新比赛日补报名通道，暂定于4-5月期间于高黎贡超级山径赛By UTMB®官网重新开启，请留意官方通告。

五、关于酒店与航班：

1）通过高黎贡官网已经预定了酒店的选手，组委会推出了【酒店预订取消】服务，可长按识别以下二维码，进行酒店预订取消申请；

2）自行预订了酒店并付款的选手，如酒店没有进行退款，并联系酒店没有结果的，请您在官网填写【自订酒店退款协助申请表】，我们在2月10日后将尽可能帮助大家与酒店协调退款事宜；

3）请各位选手自行退改机票，目前国内的航空公司都有全额退费的退改政策。

新型冠状病毒疫情导致2020高黎贡超级山径赛By UTMB®的延期。我们希望通过比赛传达“重新建立人和自然的关系”的理念，身处疫情，却发现现实生活中的我们，面对自然仍然显得无措，每天都在与世界、与自然重新建立新的认知。衷心祝愿，所有的跑者都平安健康！面对未知，仍能满怀信心，度过难关！

Dear runner,

Thank you for your patience – we finally have news on this year’s Gaoligong by UTMB®. As you know, the race has been postponed due to the on-going coronavirus epidemic in our country. All upcoming sporting and public events in China have been either cancelled and suspended. We have finally agreed with the local government the new date for 2020 Gaoligong by UTMB®. We apologize sincerely for all the inconvenience and worry and ask for your understanding. We are also very touched and grateful by the support you have shown on Facebook and via emails. Please find below detailed information regarding all the changes:

New Race Date

December 18-20, 2020 is the new race date. This is what the government has agreed on. Such late date is necessary to give us all enough time to deal with the effects of the virus and also to ensure that all the travel restrictions within and to China are lifted when the event takes place. Outdoor events cannot be held from late May till early October due to the rainy season and engineering works in area the are planned for autumn. We will be announcing further information, assoon as we have it, on our website, Facebook, and also on WeChat and WeiBo accounts, as well as send out emails.

Runners who are able to take part in Gaoligong by UTMB® on December 18-20^th can defer their existing registration to that date. You do not need to notify us, we will do this automatically.

Cancellations and Refunds

1) Those who have registered through Livetrail mustfill in the short Race Cancellation form on our website before 24:00 on March 31. After we have checked that the information provided in the form is correct, the refund will be made in full between April 1^st and April 30^th 2020. (We apologize for this delay – there are hundreds of runners having registered through this system and in the current situation in China everything takes longer than usual, thank you for your understanding.)

2) Those who do not submit their cancellation and refund request will have their registration automatically deferred to the new racedate in December.

Registration for new runners

Those who want to run 2020 Gaoligong by UTMB® in December and have not yet registered, our new registration channel is scheduled to be opened on our website in April - May. We will make an official announcement once we have more information on this matter. (For those already registered and wishing to keep their registration this does not apply.)

Hotels and flights

In order to reschedule / cancel your flights, we suggest you communicate directly with the airline. Currently most Chinese airlines and Chinese booking services have afull refund policy. For hotels, we suggest you contact the hotel directly, now most Chinese hotels are happy to provide full refunds.

If you have booked your hotel through the officialrace website we have already emailed you the instructions on how to cancel your reservation. Just in case, please see below for the link where you can cancel the registration.
